Contact Center Officers

We are looking for young, dynamic and energetic individual with drive, passion and experience in handling customers, who can give pleasant frontline service to the customers and deliver customer feedback to the busines channels. You will be required to perform your duties on roster basis.

  • Good results at G.C.E. A/L & O/L examinations
  • Able to converse fluently in Sinhala and English while Tamil language proficiency will be advantageous
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a call centre with handling in-bound and out-bound customer inquiries
  • Sound knowledge of call centre systems and computer application packages will be advantageous
  • Negotiation skills, adaptability and stress tolerance are essential
  • Age between 18-25 years
