Human Resources Manager

• This is a challenging role for a well accomplished person with exceptional competency, leadership and organisational skills.
• You should have a good understanding and a working knowledge of modern Human Resources Management practices.
• You should have sound knowledge and work experience in HR & practices, crafting job descriptions, familiarisation with job evaluation tools, performance management, and recruitment and selection, training & development, welfare management, disciplinary procedures and grievance handling. Also imperative is your conversance with industrial labour laws, salary and wages administration and factory compliance.
• Experience in general factory administration will be considered as a basic requirement for this position.
• You will be called upon to enhance the employee relations and organisational efficiency through strategic human resource development and continuous improvement.
• The ideal candidate we have in mind shall be in the age group of 30-45 years and ideally, you would have a good record of academic achievements such as IPM qualifications, a special degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management.
• You would count at least 5 years' experience in a similar or comparable capacity in a manufacturing organisation, preferably in an apparel industry.
