IT Assistant
Job Profile & Qualifications:
- Installing and configuring computer hardware operating system and applications
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Proficient in MS Office packages (Word & Excel) and Windows 7 in a Workgroup environment
- Talking staff through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help setup systems or resolve issues
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Replacing parts as required
- Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
- Knowledge about SQL server 2008 would be an added advantage
- Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with staff and other professionals
- Testing and evaluating new technology
- Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment
- Knowledge in retail business trade & store manager would be an added advantage
- Knowledge in electrical wiring and CCTV installations
- Age between 18 - 28
