Telephone Operator for Call Centre

Job Responsibilities:

  • To handle customer consultation, complaints and related after-sales problems
  • Calling for feedback regularly
  • Output the call centre weekly and monthly report timely
  • Collect customer's voice and analysis

Qualifications:

  • Patient, positive working attitude
  • Excellent English, Sinhala and Tamil Speaking, listening and writing
  • 2 years' experience as a telephone operator in a mobile phone company
  • Familiar with Smart phone or some other Communication terminal products
