Trainer (5 Positions)

Location: Colombo | Salary: Rs.30,000/- + +

Responsibilities:

• According to the market requirements, arrange training for promotors and dealers (Including product knowledge, sales skills training)
• Edit training materials, training plan and training schedule
• Optimise the training system and improve regional training team's professionalism

Requirements include:

• Degree / Diploma or Professional Qualification from a Recognised University or Institute
• Good communication skills in both spoken and written English
• Age below 30 years old
• Training experience before is preferred
• Honest, Young, Passionate
