Systems & Networks Engineer

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Capability of new implementations with continuous updates
  • Good team management skills and excellent team work
  • Experience in technical support over 500 active users
  • Should be a quick problem solver with innovative solutions
  • Capable of finding root cause of issues by doing in depth study and research work
  • Guide and work with helpdesk system to improving user experience
  • Ability to identify and implement more efficient and effective IT solutions for proactive monitoring and preventive maintenance
  • A good understanding and hands on experience in Large and Small scale Networks
  • Capability of transferring the knowledge and training technical teams to distribute the workload

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • More than Five years' industry expensive in technical support
  • Working experience in KPO / BPO industry would be an added advantage
  • Should have exposure in working with virtualisation platforms
  • Prefer to have professional certification in RedHat / Microsoft / Cisco / VMware
  • Hands on experience in Linux and Database management (MySQL)
  • Industry experience in Switching, Routing, Sub-netting & VLAN configuration
  • Excellent knowledge in Both Linux / Windows Servers and Clients maintenance
  • Good knowledge of Shell & Python Scripting
