Informatics Group of Companies has been in the ICT industry for over twenty-five years. Its subsidiary companies are engaged in providing integrated IT solutions and services such as development of software for global markets in Telecommunication, Insurance and Banking and are the pioneer in introducing British Degrees in IT and Management to Sri Lanka. It has also ventured into agriculture with a 1000-acre farm in Mahaweli System C.
As a subsidiary of Informatics Group, Informatics Institute of Technology (IIT) conducts British Degrees in IT & Management affiliated with University of Westminster. The Campus is equipped with state of the art laboratories, lecture rooms, a library and many other facilities for its 750 plus student population at any given time. In addition, IIT delivers its own in-house developed IT curriculum in several schools (Grades 1 to 12). The centres also conduct professional courses specifically designed for the Public & Private Sector Employees.
We are on the lookout for a high calibre, competent person with proven track record for the below mentioned position at the Administration Department of the Campus.
Administrative Executive
Scope of the Job:
- Support all the admin functions of the campus
- Monitoring and handling maintenance functions
- Monitoring technical tasks of the technical team related to maintenance
- Liaising with third parties related to admin activities
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Minimum Administration and / or Technical support diploma
- At least 2 years experience in similar capacity
- Excellent IT literacy and communications skills
- Positive attitude to work in a team environment
