Deputy General Manager (Construction Division)

We have an immediate vacancy for the above position in our organisation.

Job Profile:

• Project Co-ordination
• Formulating of Proposals for Projects
• Project Control, Meetings and Subsequent Negotiations
• Support Delivery Efficiencies, Service Improvements within the organisation
• Provide a lead role in the operational, delivery and monitoring of contracts and performance
• Maintain contractual records
• Provide contract visibility and awareness
• Provide Leadership to the Quantity Survey Department

Skills (Desired Abilities):

• Sound administrative skills, well-developed management skills - principals and people
• Strong analytical, numerical, and reasoning abilities
• Well-developed interpersonal skills. Ability to interact with diverse personalities
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

Qualifications (Educational and Experience):

• B.Sc Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in the construction field
