Software Engineers - Java

Job Responsibilities:

• Software desining, Problem Solving, Troubleshooting, Programming, Scripting, Analysis. Be proficient in enterprise software systems, component based design, development, web services and object-oriented analysis, design principles, UML and software development life cycle.
• Ability to perform code reviews and adhere to coding standards and best practices
• Ability to Lead a small team of at least 3 members.

Experience, Technical & Soft Skills 

• 3-5 years experience in designing, developing and delivering software applications.
• Experience in frameworks including Spring MVC, Hibernate, Struts, JAX-WS
• Strong OOD/OOP skills, and experience applying modern design patterns.
• In-depth knowledge on core technologies including Java/EE, Webservers, REST, SOA, Delcarative Transalation handling, WS Security, JPA.
• Ability to articulate and document a detailed technical design using industry-standard tools.
• Experience in Build tools like Ant, Maven, Hudson, Cruse Control
• Service Oriented architecture, Web services and interoperability
• J2EE and J2SE technology stack Database and SQL Object Relational mapping frameworks
• Operating System programming, XML/XSL/XSLT/DTD etc
• Build automation tools (Ant, Maven etc)

Desirable Skills

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Information Systems or Computer Science
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Can-do attitude
