Customer Care Executive

We are seeking for a young, confident & hardworking lady who has ability to multitask. Including attending phone calls, coordinating & follow ups with customers. Job entails with direct customer support service with efficient administrative ability to work at our Mount Lavinia Salon.

Requirements:

• Female candidates aged below 35 years
• Minimum of 2 years experience on front office & customer care
• Excellent telephone communication skills & a good voice with pleasant personality
• Communication ability in English, Sinhala & Tamil is a must
• Computer literacy and self-motivated independent working ability is a must
• Previous telemarketing & call centre experience will be an added advantage

Our remuneration is not less than 40,000 for those who meet our expectations & are able to demonstrate a high level of performance through results & commitment.
