The applicants should be below 30 years of age with minimum of 2 years experience in the field of Sales & Marketing and Motor Mechanism, and should have at least two passes at G. C. E. (A/L) one sitting with Credit passes with English & Mathematics at G. C. E. (O/L). Candidates should also have a positive approach and a commitment for generating sales.

Ability to work under pressure, a high degree of personal discipline, honesty and integrity are key criteria in selection. An aptitude to work independently in an electronically networked and integrated systems environment is necessary to function with efficiently.
