Junior Executive - Customer Service

Main Job Responsibilities:

  • To assist the Sales Team by providing a superior customer service through ensuring coordination between principals, suppliers and support services to deliver to the customers as promised
  • To coordinate with customers, foreign suppliers, clearing agents etc
  • To maintain registers, logs and required documentation
  • To check and verify details and to focus on continuous improvement of quality
  • Planning and organising work methodically according to targets, priorities and deadlines

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 3 passes at G.C.E. A/L
  • At least 'B' grade passes for English Language and Mathematics at G.C.E. O/L
  • Self-starter with a keen eye for detail and a focus on continuous improvement
  • A team player with a positive attitude
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
