The selected candidates will be assigned to branches in Jaffna, Kilinochchi, Batticalo, Ampara or Trincomalee Districts.
Branch Managers
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the branch profitably achieving the set targets in the business, marketing & business promotion. He/She will also be accountable for leading and controlling the branch operations & motivating the branch team and delivering excellent customer service while achieving the overall KPIs in the branch.
- Should possess part or full qualification in Banking with a minimum of Ten (10) years' experience in branch banking with three (3) years as Executive Officer
- Should possess a sound knowledge in banking operations and credits
- A performance driven individual with a service oriented mindset, possessing excellent negotiation and communication skills in Tamil and English languages
- Flair for Marketing and willingness to take up challenges and deliver results
- Ability to work in a computerised environment
- Age below 40 years
Selected candidate will be placed in the appropriate grade and remuneration scale based on the level of knowledge and experience.
