The selected candidates will be assigned to branches in Jaffna, Kilinochchi, Batticalo, Ampara or Trincomalee Districts.

Assistant Branch Managers

The selected candidate is expected to supervise the branch operation / process and ensure compliance of the Bank's policies and statutory requirements. He/She is also responsible for implementing new initiatives to enhance process efficiency and contribute towards achieving branch targets through cross selling.

  • Should possess part or full qualification in Banking with a minimum of Eight (8) years' experience in branch banking with three (3) years as Executive Officer
  • Should possess a sound knowledge in banking operations and credits
  • Sound human skills & negotiation skills coupled with sound communication skills in Tamil and English language
  • Flair for Marketing and willingness to take up challenges and deliver results
  • Ability to work in a computerised environment
  • Age below 40 years

Selected candidate will be placed in the appropriate grade and remuneration scale based on the level of knowledge and experience.
