The company having its branches in Kandy & Colombo is primarily involved in the  business of accepting deposits and it is also engaged in the provisions of finance leases, hire purchase facilities and personal loans to its customers.

Executive HR Admin

The management seeks to hire a resourceful and enterprising professional to join the Human Resources / Admin team. The successful candidates should possess the following.

  • Full or part professional qualification in the relevant field
  • Minimum two years of experience with similar capacity
  • Good analytical skills and troubleshooting capabilities
  • Fluency in English
  • Good communication skills and a team player

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the office
  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
  • Deal with employees requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
  • Communicate with public services when necessary
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
