HR Executive - Learning & Development
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in handling similar HR function
- Degree / Professional qualification in Human Resources Management from a recognised institution
- Excellent command of communication skills in English
- Good knowledge in MS Office, Proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory requirement
- Good Interpersonal & Analytical Skills
- Exposure in handling Learning & Management system will be advantageous
Role:
The selected candidate will be responsible for assessing training needs, prepare and maintain training calendar, coordinating and sourcing training providers and any other related functions for the smooth and efficient operations.
