Assistant Manager - IT

The primary responsibility of this role would be to manage the Hemas Hospitals Network & Systems infrastructure to provide stability, high availability, swift problem resolution, new system implementation, continuous improvement of service & standards ensuring security.

The selected candidate will involve regular interactions with Hospitals IT Team, Hemas Group IT team, Hospital chain management and end users, external service providers and suppliers.

Requirements:

• Degree in IT or computer science or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar work environment with IT network systems infrastructure in executive capacity
• Any certifications related to IT networking and Microsoft PC/Server technologies would be an advantage
• Ability to coach and develop subordinates and training non-IT staff
• Should be able to resolve technical challenges with less supervision
• A positive "can do" attitude and customer focused approach that will enable you to deal with challenging situations
• Proactive approach in fulfilling the expectations of all stakeholders
• Excellent leadership, teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
