Internship – Human Resources

Candidates should be an either an undergraduate or part qualified in Human Resources Management or any other related discipline.He / She should be a quick learner and a good Team player and should be IT savvy within hands on experience in MS office. He/She should be energetic and self-motivated individual.The chosen candidate will undergo  training in all key process of HR. Upon successful completion of training, the candidates will be posted in appropriate job positions in the permanent cadre in keeping with their performance and available opportunities within the company.

Personal Profile:

• Communication skills and a positive outlook
• Should be proficient in English
• Should be below 25 years of age
• Good knowledge in MS office package

 
An allowance will be paid during the internship which will be reviewed on completion of period of training. He / She will be placed on a salary scale in accordance with the Company’s policy when absorbing in to the permanent cadre.
