Assistant Manager - Human resources & Administration

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified in PQHRM or equivalent qualification in HRM from a recognised institute
  • Hands-on experience in implementation of HR development policies, recruitment, remuneration and grading, factory compliance, grievance handling, health & safety, training and development at all levels and operation of best industrial relation policies
  • Excellent command in English and Sinhala (Both spoken and written)
  • Ability to multi-task, plan and organise own work to meet deadlines & ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Ability to handle administration function
  • Knowledge in handling ISO and other quality certifications regarding manufacturing industry
  • Previous experience in implementation / handling of KPI base evaluation system
  • 3 years' experience in similar capacity and age between 27-40
