Deputy Human Resource Manager
- The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and attributes:
- A Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Human Resource Management from a recognised institution.
- A minimum of 5 Years experience in Human Resource Management in defining and implementing HR Strategies and policies in the areas of a) Performance Management, b) Staff Sourcing and Talent Management and c) Employee Engagement
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written, with the ability to describe complex issues in a clear and understandable manner.
- A team player with good interpersonal skills and positive attitude
- Familiarity with HRIS
- Aged below 40 years
