Trainee Period is 6 Months

Minimum Requirements for applications:

  • Fluency in English & Sinhala
  • Degree or equivalent from a recognised educational institute. Should be a quick learner (research-oriented)
  • Age be not more than 26 years on the time of application
  • It is important that the applicant understand that a considerable time commitment will be required to be allocated during the training period and thereafter.
  • After the training period the selected candidates will have to run projects with minimum supervision and as such work independently and produce results on deadlines.
