Call Centre Customer Support Service Executives

Minimum Requirements:

• Between 18-25 years of age
• At least 2 years' experience in a call centre environment
• A die-hard Customer Service oriented individual
• An excellent listener with problem solving skills
• A good communicator in English and Sinhala with Tamil being an added advantage
• Able to handle emergency situations in a professional and friendly manner
• Basic knowledge of Electrical, Electronic home appliances would be an added advantage
