National Sales Manager

The role would be to spearhead the entire sales management operations of Edna Investment & Marketing (Private) Limited, sole distributor for EDNA chocolate, Confectionery and Nutrition. This is a senior management position reporting to the CEO Consumer.

Key Accountabilities:

• The incumbent should demonstrate strong leadership, results driven and a good feel for people management
• Responsible for achieving the monthly sales target by driving the field sales team
• Bring in a high level of discipline amongst the field sales on operation and administration
• Strategise and plan the sales process for General trade and Key account management for Modern trade Periodical review distributor performance with the field sales managers on finance and sales operations
• Monitor and analyse all sales / reconciliation reports received from sales team and distributors

Essential Skills / Experience:

• Must have at least 5 to 10 years of sales experience at senior management level within the FMCG industry. A successful track record with accomplished in a similar industry will be a definite advantage
• Maturity, strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills are a necessity
• Professional qualification in marketing / MBA will be an added advantage
• A strong staff management responsibility to enhance sales performance while motivating and leading the team
