Call Centre - Executives
Our modern Call Centre is an important aspects of our service culture and we are offering an exciting opportunity for young people to be trained and moulded into excellent Call Centre Executives. While we are looking to give opportunity to school leavers, if you are an experienced Call Centre Agent we may have special room for you, too.
Job Profile:
The job revolves around the evolving needs of customers and our Call Centre Executives will provide every assistance at all times with customer queries. They will be trained in handling customers, effective communication and in the art of providing a service that makes people happy. Training will include creating a comprehensive understanding of financial products, services and service culture of the company.
Candidate Profile:
- School leavers, preferably with A/Ls
- Good communication skills in Sinhala and English (Tamil will be an added advantage)
- Experience in a similar role will be an advantage but not a must
