The Colombo Fort Hotels Ltd (holding company of Sigiriya Village - Sigiriya, the Palms - Beruwala, Club Palm Bay - Marawila & Fisherman's Bay - Weligama) is in search of suitably qualified, dynamic individuals for immediate employment at The Palms.

Guest Service Manager / Guest Service Executive

  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years' experience in the similar capacity in a 4 to 5 star class hotels in Sri Lanka or Overseas
  • Age below 35 years and should have an outgoing personality
  • Should possess relevant professional qualification from a recognised institute
  • Should have excellent customer service, interpersonal, organisation, prioritisation, multi-tasking and problem solving skills
  • Should have excellent command of the English language (Verbal and Written) and ability to handle any other foreign language/s would be a distinct advantage
  • Should be able to support Front Office Department in all aspects of the front office operation

The Successful Candidates would be offered with a competitive remuneration package based on qualification and experience.
