Call Centre Associate

Qualifications:

  • Experience in handling Solidus eCare Contact Centre Software
  • Excellent command of English and Sinhala / Tamil
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Good results in O/L and A/L
  • Part degree would be an added advantage
  • Will be required to work on roster basis (night shift included)
  • School-leavers will be considered for trainee positions
