Customer Service Assistants (Colombo)

We are looking for young and energetic individuals with a Can Do attitude to serve our customers.

Job Role:

• Assisting customers remotely in a quandary situation
• Provide a speedier and efficient service to our valued clients exceeding their expectations
• Assist customers with inquiries
• Build & maintain effective customer relationship
• Database management

The Profile:

• Successful completion of G.C.E. A/L Examination
• Pleasant personality with an excellent command of both written and spoken English
• Able to work under pressure
• Willingness to work on a shift / roster basis. If required
• School leavers who are seeking full time employment are welcome to apply
