Administration Executive

Key Result Areas:

• Overall supervision of General Maintenance, Maintaining Service Agents and related record keeping management
• Maintaining records of procurement information
• Assisting in arranging meetings, conferences as and when required
• Handling duties related to day to day operations including building maintenance, coordinating vendors, security arrangement and mailing services
• Attending into inward / outward, local / international courier services and maintaining relevant records / invoices

Personal Profile:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
• Good command in English language
• Should be proactive and ability to work with less supervision
• Very strong Decision Making, Time Management and Analytical Skills
• Proven track record in Civil and Electrical, Air conditioning and 5S implementation work will be an added advantage
