Customer Relations Assistant

We are seeking high quality, well-rounded individuals with excellent Communication skills and customer relations skills to serve both calling and visiting customers cordially and effectively.

Eligibility:
To be successful in this role you would need to satisfy the following criteria:

• Minimum of 3 passes in G.C.E. A/L.
• Good command in English and Sinhala languages. (Tamil will be an added advantage) Oral Communication skills – Should able to speak in a clear & concise manner under varying circumstances.
• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
• Customer service mindset and an outgoing personality.
