HR Manager

We are looking for a HR Manager who will be responsible for the operational efficiency of the overall HR process of the organisation.

The candidate should be 35-45 years of age who possess bachelor degree in HRM or possess professional qualification in HRM. The ideal candidate should have minimum of 8 years working experience in Human Resource domain and 2 years in a similar role with exposure to modern HR practices. Experience in the construction / engineering sector would be an added advantage. He/She should have a positive mindset with strong interpersonal & communication skills. The selected candidate will be based at Mabima - LAUGFS Engineering (Pvt) Ltd.
