Customer Service Associate

Locations: Colombo /Anuradhapura /Killinochi/Trinco

We need Young, Energetic, Dynamic and outgoing personalities to serve walk in customers.

Your Job:

• Promptly attend to all customer requests with a professional and courteous service.
• Complete tasks and assignments within stipulated time frames.
• Develop, support and ensure adherence to work instructions, policies, procedures and practices pertaining to the Company and Division.
• Promote all product and services effectively to new customers and inform existing customers on new services and benefits.

Your Profile:

• Your should have completed GCE A/L or awaiting results.
• You should be IT Literate and possess strong interpersonal skills.
• You should be excellent in written and verbal communications in English and Sinhalese.
• Good personality and PR skills.
• Prior service experience would be an added advantage.
