Executive - HR

Job Scope:

  • Preparation service related letters
  • Assisting in selection process
  • Handling Training & Development including staff induction
  • Managing employee benefit operations (Staff loans, Firewall etc)
  • Assisting in Performance Management Process and Annual Reports
  • Working on HRIS systems
  • Preparation of HR reports

Prerequisites:

  • Experience of similar job role in service or financial industry
  • Strong background in core HR functions
  • HR Degree / Diploma educated with a minimum of a 2 years' experience in similar capacity
  • A confident and good team player
  • Excellent communication skills (English / Sinhala)
  • Age below 30 years
