Administrative Assistant

We seek a young dynamic individual to join our company as an Administrative Assistant of the company.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate / process letters related to daily operations of the company as and when requested by obtaining the required information
  • Initiate procurement activities including identifying suppliers and coordinating the documentation for procurement activities
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, prepare reports / publication material and presentations and record minutes
  • Update appointments and give timely reminders thereby ensuring appoints are not overlapped and misused
  • Handle all documentation, emails, calls and manage day to day administrative matters
  • Make necessary overseas travel arrangements in liaison with relevant parties
  • Pro-active mindset in handling day to day work

Candidate Profile:

  • Age between 25 - 35 years
  • A minimum of 3 to 4 years' work experience in a similar capacity
  • Flexible working hours and ability to manage responsibilities independently and be flexible
  • Excellent command of the English language (oral and written)
  • ComputerL Literacy - Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel & Word
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality & relationships with internal and external parties
