AMW Capital Leasing and Finance PLC, is a finance company registered under the Central Bank of Sri Lanka and a subsidiary company of AMW Group which is leading corporate entity in Sri Lanka and the Sole Distributor for several world renowned automobiles and related brands, under the umbrella of Al-Futtaim Group, Dubai.

AMW Capital Leasing currently comprising of 18 branches, is in the process of expanding its network to serve our customers better.

We are looking for young, experienced and proactive person to fill the following position.

Customer Relations Officer (7 Positions)

Locations: Borella / Avissawella / Kaduwela / Kegalle / Kurunegala / Panadura / Wattala

Job Role:

  • Follow up with existing customers to provide financial products such as Leasing, Financial Loans and Fixed Deposits
  • Coordinate with Head Office and Finance Division on supplier payments and introduce commission payments
  • Ensure Credit Files are activated within the timelines
  • Carryout promotions and events in key locations with the Marketing Team
  • Maintain an updated client database
  • Providing prompt and professional replies to all customer inquiries
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of products of the company
  • Improving the overall customer relationship, delivering reliable administrative support and customer service
  • Supporting the Marketing Team on daily basis
  • Following up on payments handling

Key Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of industry experience in a similar position
  • Successful completed the G.C.E. A/L
  • High level of Computer Literacy (MS Office)
  • Fluency in English, Sinhala and Tamil Languages will be an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to solve problems and work under pressure
  • Age below 28 years
