Deputy General Manager - Marketing

Job Description:

• Provide the planning and leadership to the Marketing Department by ensuring that the appropriate structures, systems, competencies and values are developed in order to meet and exceed the goals of the Marketing plan
• Assume overall responsibility for developing the annual marketing plan for the organisation; for strategic market planning; market research programmes; activities of the sales team and control of the market budget
• Support product development activities and prepare new product marketing plans

Profile:

• Minimum 15 years as a Sales and Marketing Executive with 5 years Senior Sales / Marketing Management experience
• Negotiation and persuasion, Leadership, Communication, Team building, Decision making, Time management, planning and organising, service orientation
• CIM (UK) or an equivalent. An MBA will be an added advantage
