Branch Managers – Northern & North Central Provinces

Job Profile

• Set targets for the Branch and drive the team to achieve them.
• Organize Deposit mobilization campaigns to achieve targets while maintaining a close rapport with Customers.
• Evaluate credit proposals expediously to achieve lending targets while maintaining NPL ratio to a minimum.
• Cross selling of our banking products to optimize customer revenue.
• Identify new avenues of increasing revenue.

Candidate Profile

• Self motivated targets driven individual with a Degree or equivalent professional qualification from a recognized university / institution with 7 years of post qualifying experience in a Bank out of which 2 years should be in a Branch.
• AIB / Diploma in Bank Management with 9 years of experience in a Bank out of which 2 years should be in a Branch.
• A proven track record of leadership skills to develop and manage in a team environment.
• Preference would be given to permanent residents of the respective areas.
