Manager Finance 

Location: Welisara

The Job:
Your primary job role is to manage the overall Finance function of Brandix Apparel Solutions Limited – Athleisure. This role would entail driving the Long Range Plan, Annual budgeting process, Monthly and quarterly projections, overhead control, working capital management, management reporting and statutory reporting of the Company. You would also ensure that adequate internal controls are in place to safeguard the assets. Further it is your responsibility to ensure financial statements of the Company are prepared in accordance with the appropriate accounting standards while ensuring adherence to group’s policies and procedures.
 
Apart from your primary responsibility you are required to perform business partnering role by working very closely with the CEO and other Cross functional teams to deliver superlative results and grow the business.
 
The Person:
Ideally you would have a professional qualification in Accountancy, (a Member of ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with at least five to eight years’ managerial experience in a financial role. You should possess exceptional interpersonal skills with eye for detail and should be able to manage, motivate and develop your team for superlative results. You need to be able to build a customer oriented culture to enable effective service delivery.
