We are looking for young energetic & dynamic individuals who are self-motivators, with proven track record in the sales team, for the above position in our sales team to help enhance the rapidly growing Solar Power Business of the company.

Requirements:

• Possess qualifications / background in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering (BSc Eng., NDT or HNDE) with particular interest in Solar Power.
• Should be below 35 years of age with minimum 3 years of experience.
• Possess strong personality with good negotiation, interpersonal and strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written responses to emails, RFPs and when submitting reports.
• Experience in handling projects and tenders with a strong relationship / networking with consultants, contractors & end users.
• Be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users.
• Be organized and analytical with ability to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
• Ability to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process by establishing and maintaining strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.
• Responsible for development and delivery of product demonstrations, representing the product to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc.
• Ability to convey customer requirements to Product Management teams and be able to travel throughout sales territory.
• Possess good communication and computer skills.
• Willingness to work long hours.
