Assistant Restaurant Manager
As the Banquet Operations Manager, you are responsible for managing overall operations of all our banquet halls and the service standards to deliver an excellent guest experience while achieving the budget revenue.
Key Responsibilities will include the following:
- Ensure that the restaurant operates as per the brand standards at all times
- Achieve the budgeted revenue for the restaurant through proper cost control and manpower allocation
- Ensure that the highest services are offered to the guests as per the standards & guest complaints are attend and resolved in a timely manner
- Train & develop the staff allocated to the restaurant
- Initiate promotional activities with the support of the Food & Beverage Manager to increase revenue
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A Diploma / professional qualification in Hospitality Management from a recognised professional institution
- 2-3 years' experience in a similar capacity in a five star property
- Excellent communication skills in English
- A team player driven by new challenges with high level of flexibility
- Excellent interpersonal, problem solving skills & services oriented attitude
