Requirements:

• Certificate level or diploma level in HRM from IPM/NIBM or any other recognised institute
• Minimum 1-2 year's of experience in the field of HR in a reputed companies is a must
• Good knowledge in Labour Procedures will be an added advantage
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• IT literacy with the ability to work in an IT environment
• Strong Numerical and analytical skills
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and accept challenges
