Customer Relations Executives (Male / Female)

The Person:
Must be having pleasing personality and able to work individually and in teams. Demonstrate good leadership skills and taking initiatives and willing to expand responsibilities.

The Job:
Involves in permanent lapsed policy activation and allocated policy management. Retirement Policy management is also a key function.

Qualification:

  • Age should be between 20-30.
  • Capable of speaking fluency in all three languages Sinhala / Tamil / English (Trilingual)
  • Minimum 3 passes at the G.C.E. A/L
  • CIM, ACII or degree from a Recognised university
  • Fluency in Industry Analysis, Statistics, Trends and Forecasts
  • Fluent in desk research & Business reports
  • Data mining on market size, sales trends, customer profiles, competitor activity
  • Fluency in social media
  • Ability and creatively in regards to creation of websites & e-flyers
  • Ability to work with minimum Supervision, high flexibility

Experience:
Minimum two years experience at a reputed organisation would be a definite advantage
