AMW is the agent in Sri Lanka for world renowned brands such as Nissan, Yamaha, Suzuki Maruti, Piaggio, BP, Castrol, SONAX, New Holland, Goodyear and Evergreen tyres. The local brands in the portfolio include EPIC, Marathon, Automall, Pitstop and Capital Leasing.
We are in the process of strategically expanding the business and looking for well experience, dynamic, high caliber persons to join our Human Resources Division.
HR Executive - Training & Development
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparation of Training Budgets, Monitor & have a track of expenses
- Assist in preparation of Annual Training Plan, and execution of training calendar
- Identify trainers and training programmes
- Identify Training Needs Analysis by speaking to HODs / Directors / Line Managers / Staff & through PDRs and assist in the PDR process
- Maintain all documentation relating to T & D such as payment vouchers, Attendance Lists, Training Material etc
- Organising the resources for the training programmes and administer the training feedback process
- Execute and achieve the Training Calendar Targets and assist in HRD related activities
- Assist in the Talent Management Process and Employee Rewards and Recognition Programmes
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 year's experience including one year in similar capacity
- A degree from a recognised university / institute preferably in HR
- Possess HND / Diploma in HR / Training & Development
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluency in English language both written and verbal
- Good Coordination skills and Inter-Personal skills
