Trainee Staff Assistant

Education Qualifications:

• Three (03) passes at GCE A/L examination for the main three subjects (in one sitting) excluding General English
• A minimum of five (05) Credits at GCE O/L examination, including Mathematics, in the first sitting.  A credit pass for English obtained at a subsequent sitting will also be considered for eligibility

Professional Qualifications:

• Professional qualifications for banking will be an added advantage

Responsibilities and Accountabilities of the Job:

• Act as an interface between the Bank and the customer whilst managing a progressive communication flow in order to establish profitable customers through superior customer service
• Ensure all transactions comply with stipulated and implied operational procedures and guidelines in order to minimize potential risks

Personal Specification / Additional Requirements:

• Literacy in IT
• Proficiency in English language
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
