Business Development Assistants (Fixed Deposits & CASA)

(Senior / Junior / Trainees)

Key Responsibilities / Job Description:

• Selling banking products (FDs & CASA) to the retail customers
• Promoting products and services to existing and prospective clients
• Actively participate and work off-site in events and conduct product promotions to garner sales
• Achieve / exceed sales targets

Minimum Qualification & Experience Required:

• Experience in selling Fixed Deposits & CASA
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Language skills in English & Sinhala / Tamil or both will be an advantage

Senior Business Development Assistants:

• Minimum two years' experience preferably in a financial institution 

Business Development Assistants:

• Minimum one year experience preferably in a financial institution

Trainee Business Development Assistants:

• Minimum O/L qualified and should have a knack of sales

Salary benefits:

• Attractive salary with commissions on sales
