Executive - Human Resources
Job Overview:
The ideal candidate should be a result oriented, dynamic professional having strong desire to succeed in a competitive marketplace. Responsible for improving and maintaining HR practices related to HR operations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure all employee movements (confirmations, promotion, increments etc) take places in a timely and orderly manner
- Maintain & update the company HRIS system
- Provide administrative support in Human Resources daily operations
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree / Professional Qualification from a recognised Institute
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a reputed organisation covering all aspects of Human Resources Management
- Fair knowledge in labour law
- Prior exposure in handling hSenid system would be an added advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organising and interpersonal skills with the ability to converse with different levels in the hierarchy
