Payroll Executive
Job Overview:
The ideal candidate should be a result oriented, dynamic professional having strong desire to succeed in a competitive market place. Your primary responsibility would be to liaise with the customers regarding payroll related tasks.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ability to carryout all tasks pertaining to computerisation, preparation of salaries in an accurate and timely manner
- Payroll Reconciliation
- Payroll transaction update
- Master data update in Human Resources Management System
- Tax calculation (PAYE, LUMPSUM)
- Preparation of statutory reports
- Data uploads and data migration
Experience & Qualifications:
- A certificate course in HR or equivalent qualification
- Prior exposure in handling hSenid system would be an added advantage
- More than 2 years of experience in handling the payroll function
- A self-motivated individual with a can-do attitude
- Good communication / interpersonal skills
