Payroll Executive

Job Overview:
The ideal candidate should be a result oriented, dynamic professional having strong desire to succeed in a competitive market place. Your primary responsibility would be to liaise with the customers regarding payroll related tasks.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ability to carryout all tasks pertaining to computerisation, preparation of salaries in an accurate and timely manner
  • Payroll Reconciliation
  • Payroll transaction update
  • Master data update in Human Resources Management System
  • Tax calculation (PAYE, LUMPSUM)
  • Preparation of statutory reports
  • Data uploads and data migration

Experience & Qualifications:

  • A certificate course in HR or equivalent qualification
  • Prior exposure in handling hSenid system would be an added advantage
  • More than 2 years of experience in handling the payroll function
  • A self-motivated individual with a can-do attitude
  • Good communication / interpersonal skills
