The IT arm of AMW is in the process of expanding its services to the group of companies and is looking for a young, dynamic professional to support the IT team.

Business Analyst - Information Systems

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Engage in system reviews to ensure applications process controls, data integrity and IT general controls are in place
• Perform information control reviews to include system development standards, operating procedures, system security, programming controls, communication controls, backup, and disaster recovery and system maintenance
• Direct internal control procedures and security for systems under development and enhancements to existing systems
• Preparation of review related documentation
• Conduct operational, compliance financial and investigative reviews
• Continuously improve existing, processes by benchmarking and identifying areas that could deliver value to business and users

Key Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or an equivalent qualification
• Professional qualification in Finance / System Security from a recognised institution
• Expertise in System Review Audits, Process Analysis and Process Mapping
• Experience in an IT department / within an IT company providing ERP consulting services is a must
• Minimum 3 years of industry / field experience and 2 years in a similar position
