Job role:

  • Handle inbound calls, emails and online chat in a prompt and efficient manner
  • Generate sales through inbound & outbound calls
  • Deliver Happiness to all our customers in a professional manner

The ideal candidates should be:

  • Dynamic team player with good organising and interpersonal skills
  • Candidate should be below 30 years
  • Willingness & ability to work on Shift / Roster basis
  • Speedy & accurate typing skills
  • Experience in similar field would be an added advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of English with good telephone etiquette and computer literacy and vital requirements
  • Preference will be given to those who can communicate in Tamil language
