Junior Accounts Executive

The ideal candidate should be below 30 years of age and possess the G.C.E. A/L qualification. A part qualification in Accounting and a minimum of 1 year's experience in Accounting and Finance will be advantageous. Applicants with experience in Cashiering are preferred. Proficiency in MS Office database applications, fluency in English, good analytical, organisational, communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work well within a team and ability to work irregular hours under pressure are key competencies sought.

Duties & Responsibilities include:

• Assuming responsibility for cashiering functions for credit clients
• Assuming responsibility for documentation management systems in area under purview
• Following up with banks regarding credit card settlements
• Generating monthly / bimonthly individual sales reports & invoices
• Identifying brach customer direct deposits and following up to raise receipts
