Manager - Group Information Communication Technologies

The Job
As the Manager Group Information Communication Technologies (ICT) you will oversee the human performance, operational governance and enable operational efficiencies and policy compliance for the organisation. You will design and govern operational processes for the ICT department to provide portfolio services that enable consistent and effective execution to meet operational goals. You will act in a supervisory capacity for IT operational staff while performing some "hands-on" responsibilities when required. You will work closely with the Group Head of ICT, IT Management team and Implementation Support Teams across the organisation to determine the tactical and strategic direction of the overall IT infrastructure & support operation.

The Person
You possess a degree in Information Technology / Information Systems or a similar qualification whilst an MBA will be a definite advantage. You should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in IT Management. You possess excellent analytical skills and sound knowledge of IT financials, IT services, and project management methodologies. You should have excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills, ability to interface at al levels within the organisation, including facilitation, consultation, negotiation, presentation, and coaching.
